| My Camping Trip |

Ladies and gentlemen, I feel very pleased to have this chance to give a speech about our camping trip.
Last Friday, we had a Camp & BBQ at the grassland along the YuLong River. The intermediate class organized it, but most of students belonging to the elementary and advanced class joined it.
We set off at 5:30pm; there were 16 persons in total, 10 girls and 6 boys. So we took 8 tents enough seeping bags and food with us. On the way, we feet very excited, for most of us, this was our first camping trip.
When we arrived at about 6:00.everyone seemed a little tired, but at seeing the beautiful scenery, we perked up. He river is separated into two parts by a long stone band, small waterfall falls from the bank, people can swim in the upper part which looks like a natural pool. A lot of bamboo grows around the river, the grassland we selected was suitable for setting up our tends and mulling a barbecue.
Eddie has a lot of camping experience, so with his help; we set up our tents quickly. Then we had bread. We took off our shoes, went to the riverbank. He water was so clean and cool, flowing above our feet. It made us feel very comfortable. Several boys and girls put on their swimming suit, and jumped into the water swimming in the river like happy fish. Some of the stones in the sank were so sharp that we had to walk very carefully. Everyone seemed enjoying paying in the water.
The dusk was coming. It was time to begin our barbecue now. So we carried several big stones from a care and made two rows in which we could make the fire for barbecue. We put the food around us. It took us about 30 minutes to light the fire. Now the barbecue began. We brought a lot of beef, Chick wings., tomato Cucumbers, Sausage and Corns, etc. I chose a big piece of corn. Which looked very tender, then roasted it on the fire. It smells very good. No, everyone was busy roasting the food with laughter. Suddenly, someone cried: "fire flies, fire flies", yes, in the dark, there were several fireflies flying in the bushes like small stars. Then he went to catch the fireflies. Sitting on the grassland, listening to singing of the river, the breeze blowing in our hair, nature seemed so peaceful and lovely. We all enjoyed this happy time.
By 11 o'clock, I felt a little tired. So I Lay down in my tent, listering to the others Laughter and nature's whisper. It was really wonderful.
We woke up at 7 o'clock. When I got out of the tent. I found the boys had put the trash into a big bag. It seemed everybody had become conscious about environmental protection. When we knock down the tents, the grassland was as we found it.
We had a fantastic time. I really enjoyed myself.
